New Kids Church Theme starts Feb 6th!

Sweet Tooth Lessons
What kid doesn’t have a sweet tooth?
Come learn some great Bible lessons from Candy!
Blowpops February 6
In this lesson kids will talk about Blow Pop Suckers and will learn to look at the
inside of a person and not just the outside. The Bible story will come from the time David was selected to be the next king over Israel. Everyone was looking at his outside appearance, but God was looking at his heart.
Fireballs February 13
This lesson teaches kids about Atomic Fireballs and will learn to go to God for courage and faith. The Bible story will come from the time David was facing Goliath. Everyone was looking at him and thinking he looked too wimpy, but David had courage and faith that God would see him through.
Twix February 20
Twix bars stick together all the way from the chocolate factory to your hands! In this lesson, kids learn about friendship by looking at the lives of David and Jonathan. These two guys stuck together through good times and bad. Kids are encouraged be a “stick-together” friend and more importantly to know Jesus - the best friend ever.
Dum Dums February 27
This lesson is about Dum Dum Pops and respecting authority. The lesson comes from the time Saul was chasing David. Saul was out to kill David. David even had several good opportunities to kill Saul, but he chose not to because he respected him as God’s anointed leader. Kids will learn that respect for our leaders is important.
Skittles March 6
In this lesson kids learn about King Saul’s death and David’s new position as king. Using the rainbow-colors found in Skittles candy, the kids are reminded that God always keeps his promises. He kept his promise to David that he would be king and He still keeps His promises today.
Jawbreakers March 13th
This lesson is about telling God you’re sorry even when it’s hard to do.
David was a man after God’s own heart even though he wasn’t perfect. This lesson will teach kids that God always forgives them when they come to him and say they are sorry.

Kids Christmas Musical- "Legacy of Love"

BGMC Pop Out for November

Did you know that one-third of the world’s children struggle with inadequate food and drinking water—let alone having the luxury of soda pop to drink?

Our Boys and Girls November Missionary Challenge is to “Pop Out for Missions.”

We are challenging the kids to give up soda pop (or something else) during the month of November. The money that would have been spent on soda pop would then be given to BGMC, which helps needy children around the world.

Here’s how it works:
Kids across the nation are to make a pledge to give up soda pop for the next three weeks, ending on Thanksgiving Day. On that day, kids may once again drink soda pop—remembering not only to be thankful for their own blessings, but remembering the children around the world who don’t get to celebrate the many material blessings that we are thankful for on Thanksgiving Day.

What's the Point?
I will stay away from evil and choose what’s good!
